The training programme has been a series of half day sessions looking at management and leadership theory and its application to our organisation. This has been interspersed with coaching sessions for each team member to look at how to apply the theory in their job. The level of teaching has been excellent as Baz has produced a very detailed syllabus for us which he has been able to adapt at each session to engage with the issues which were emerging from the team. It has been of a high quality throughout.

It has had a profound impact on this organisation as we realised early on in the sessions, because of his presentations and questions, that the team was not working as a team and that the structure did not fit the organisation’s needs. We have now restructured the organisation and are continuing to work with Baz in shaping the new team to lead the emerging and current requirements of the organisation. The importance of the work has meant that we are now contracting with him to do a similar series of sessions with our middle management team to ensure that we are working consistently and to the same high standards.
