A leadership and management development programme for middle managers at the NHS Peninsula Deanery has been awarded to Starr Performance. The programme consists of a number of workshops and action learning sets to enable participants to understand better the practise of leadership and then practice that understanding in the workplace. This contract follows on from similar leadership and management development programmes previously run by Starr performance within the NHS.
