The Cape Cod Model of pairs coaching is being offered by Starr Performance as part of our senior management team coaching interventions. The model is particularly powerful as it concentrates on the relationship between two people, providing them with insights into their own behaviours. The coaching is done using two highly skilled coaches who are both specifically trained in the pairs coaching model.
A recent client for pairs coaching was within a NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in the South West who used the coaching to develop and strengthen the relationship between their two senior officers and complemented their individual executive coaching. The feedback was extremely positive and they plan to include pairs coaching across the wider management team.
