Starr Performance has been shortlisted to work with the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust on a Board development programme. The programme will consist of a range of interviews, online questionnaires and workshops supported by individual and board coaching and is designed to first assess and then improve the effectiveness and dynamics between Board members.
