Baz Hartnell has successfully reapplied for his position on the national NHS executive coaching register. This is the third time that the register has been renewed and Baz is only one of five coaches nationally to have secured a place on this and the previous two coaching registers. There is considerable demand for places with 1,500 coaches applying for just 41 places this time. The application process is now regarded as the toughest in the UK with a comprehensive application form followed by telephone interviews and those shortlisted having to coach a real coachee while being observed and also undertake a live chemistry session with another client.
