New executive coaching contract for Starr

Following a Government consultation which reported last year, the High­ways Agency is in the process of transforming itself into a Government-owned company to rad­i­cally change the way strate­gic roads are funded and managed. To help in this process Baz Hartnell has been selected as one of only six coaches to provide executive coaching to 40 senior civil servants within the Highways Agency to support them in this transformational  process
