A twelve month continuation of the existing NHS National Team and Board Coaching Register has been announced. Baz is one of fifteen team coaches who sit on this register, which is used to coach senior management teams and Boards of NHS organisations across England. At the moment there is a lot of team coaching being undertaken within the Boards of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGS) who are soon to become statutory bodies in their own right and will commission many of the health services on behalf of their patients. “This register has been running many years now and I’m grateful for the opportunities it has given me to work with a whole variety of Boards and the privilege of being able to work with them as they grapple with some really tough strategic and operational issues”.
