The NHS needs effective leadership, regardless of ethnicity.  The Breaking Through programme aims to identify, select and develop talented managers and clinicians from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds and support them to achieve director level positions. Starr Performance already works with the NHS on a number of leadership initiatives designed to encourage transformational leadership styles so this was a natural extension of our coaching interventions.
