The first OPEN Accelerated Leadership Development Progranmme launches on the 29 April 2014. Aimed at CCG Governing Body members, the programme will enhance their capacity to lead in these uncertain and complex times in the health system. The programme consists of 2 non-consequitive full day workshops and one telephone coaching session and costs £700 per person.
