Starr Performance is planning a series of open workshops aimed specifically at senior leaders within the NHS, CCGs and associated groups. All senior leaders, whatever their field, have to adapt to the challenges of the role by learning and applying new ways of working at a senior level. Thus usually involves a shift in mindset as an outcome of identifying then challenging previous beliefs and assumptions. Emotional resilience and mental agility become crucial to effective decison making in complex situations.
