Since CCGs came into statuary operation about a year ago, Starr has been involved in working with a number of CCGs and Local Area Teams to review their performance as a team. In particular, Starr has been asked to advise CCGs as to how their boards can become ever more agile to meet the continuing complexity and unpredictability of the NHS in this time of change. The review process has included asking members of the Boards to undertake diagnostic questionnaires, 360 degree feedback; individual discussions with senior management teams as well as running whole Board development sessions.
