Starr Performance will be running a Board development event at the end of January for the Health & Wellbeing Board in Kirklees. Having only been working together for a number of months, the workshop will review the effectiveness of their ways of working, including how the relationships and dynamics between Board members have an impact on the effectiveness of their outcomes.
Starr Performance works with senior managers and leaders, CEOs and Boards to challenge and change the way they do things.
