Baz Hartnell has become one of the lecturers on the University of Portsmouth’s diploma and MSc in coaching and development. Specifically he’ll be developing content and presenting two modules, one on leadership coaching and the other team coaching.
Teaching on the Master’s programme is particularly significant to Baz. He explained “I was originally a graduate of this Masters degree course a number of years ago and it feels like I’ve come full circle in my coaching practice now to be able to help develop the next generation of executive coaches”.
