In August, Baz was confirmed as having been selected to join the Executive Coaching Register which is accessible to senior leaders operating within NHS Wales. This was particularly pleasing for Baz as potential members of the register are put forward to be considered by invitation only. Being on the NHS Wales register compliments the continuation of his role as a member for the past seven years of the national NHS coaching register in England. “I’ve really enjoyed leadership coaching within the NHS in England over the past seven years and it’ll be great to extend my work into NHS Wales as well.”
