‘We used Baz to help us build a more cohesive team. As a new organisation made up of 12 people, we were essentially individuals with different priorities. We need to be cohesive; work together, make decisions and keep our GP colleagues on board. We’re all going to have to develop new ways of working. Baz facilitated 3 sessions with the team and led discussions about leadership, accountability and responsibility. The group started to open up, express concerns and to question things without the discussion becoming personal. It was really useful being given permission to say what you really think. It’s the first step in building an effective team and we will be bringing Baz back to work with us.’
