‘I have a challenging position which involves juggling three roles. I wanted to take part in coaching that would push me beyond my comfort zone and prepare me for future roles. My initial objectives for the sessions were all practical– however we often ended up covering my agenda in a totally different way. We ended up lifting the agenda from the practical to a higher level of strategy, concepts, principles and basically covering ground that will really help me in the future. Baz came at things in a different way – then sent me articles, frameworks and information by email to help me deepen my understanding and to challenge my thinking.’
