What we do
Build leadership capability - Starr works with senior managers, directors and their teams, providing leadership consultancy, executive coaching, ceo coaching, board development (through board evaluation, board performance and board assurance), team coaching, organisational development, mentoring, training, facilitation and running leadership development programmes as appropriate.
Our joined-up approach means that we work from both the 'outside in' to allow leaders to understand the contexts in which they have to lead, and from the 'inside out' to build their capacity to lead.
