The Team Coaching Process

No two team coaching interventions are the same and it would be impossible for the whole team coaching process to be choreographed at the outset .However prior to any group work, the team's leader will be interviewed to gain an understanding of what gaps might exist between how the team operates today and how it needs to operate. Other team members might also be interviewed to ascertain common themes and areas of concern. Team profiling tools might also be used to give an even richer picture at the outset.

From this information, a team coaching event will be designed to draw out individual team member's perspectives and discuss what's working well and what is not. From these discussions to then agree some new ways of working against which they can measure themselves. More than one workshop might be required to achieve all this and some individual one to one work might also facilitate the process.
