  • Attitude - the intrapersonal; personality, worldview, resilience, optimism and self belief held by a leader and their self awareness and self management of all these factors. e.g. stress management.
  • Relationships - the interpersonal; how well a leader builds and nurtures a wide range of relationships with individuals and groups, their ability to influence and inspire others: e.g. empathy, collaborative working.
  • Relevant Knowledge - organisational and environmental knowledge specific to a particular role in a particular organisation operating  in a particular industry or sector: e.g. a marketing director needs to understand how their organisation compares with their competitors.
