Starr Performance was set up in 2002 by Baz Hartnell. Starr specialises in executive coaching, senior leadership development, senior team and board development thereby enabling executives and Directors to contribute more effectively to organisational success.

Our coaches are at the top of their professional tree, holding MBAs and/or Master degrees in Coaching.
